BODYFEET Foot Sole Trainer Kit - Exercise Routine
Make sure that the trainers are correctly aligned with your foot's natural arch and toes are comfortably positioned. Begin with a 5-10 minute training session each day. You can gradually increase the duration as your feet get accustomed to the trainers.
1. Leg Lifts with Trainer
- Stand upright, wearing the trainer.
- Lift one leg while keeping the other foot in the trainer flat on the floor.
- Perform this leg lift 10 times.
- Complete 4 sets for each leg.
2. Pressure Squeeze Exercise
- While standing in the trainer, press your feet down firmly against the floor.
- Hold the pressure for a few seconds, then release.
- Do this 10 times.
- Finish 4 sets of this exercise.
3. Stationary Walking in Place
- With the trainers on, walk in place by lifting each foot alternately.
- Maintain a steady rhythm for 10 steps.
- Perform 4 sets of 10 steps.
4. Squats with Trainer
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart in the trainers.
- Lower into a squat, keeping your back straight and knees aligned over your toes.
- Rise back up to the starting position.
- Complete 10 squats.
- Do 4 sets of these squats.
